Unrouxly grew up in Pretoria where she finished her degree in Information Design at the University of Pretoria. She moved to London - working in the fashion industry as well as in the expat newspapers which moved her to Cape Town.
She has been freelancing as an illustrator for 3 years illustrating editorial work as well as children's books and various other projects.
She currently lives in Tapei, collecting cultural inpsiration and blogging in her free time. Her favourite pastime is to draw while traveling which she has done in over 30 countries. Her linework is her strongest feature in her style that she likes to combine with watercolour, collage and digital elements.
